Sculpture
I come from a family of artists and crafts people, my grandfather was a wood and stone carver and my father works in wood. My natural inclination is to make, create and craft objects. I began exploring the medium of wire sculpture in 2000. My first piece of work was a commission for a life-size figure of a person working in a garden. Since then I have created a menagerie of beasts, from baboons to sheep and human figures too. I am no longer taking commissions for wire mesh sculpture.
